I swear to god! I saw a GROUP of monks stepping into KFC today. I thought at first it was just a wrong turn or something.
BUT, they settled down somewhere cozy and ordered 2 piece chicken meal from the counter! What the hell? Ain't monks supposed to be free from desires? Desires including being a vegetarian and resisting the temptation of MEATS.
It seems the world is changing, i have seen monks with gold rings and handphones(mind you, their handphones are much better then mine. and i'm already using a Nokia N73).
Up till now, i can still remember the shocked face the KFC staffs showed when the group of monks ordered the meal from them. Haha.
