Hyped Up!

Today i was at 2 of the biggest E-Waste factories in Tuas. I was following my dad there as part of my job requires me to look at goods.




Apparently both the owners of this 2 factories are good friends of my dad, in fact they were my dad's student and they own their success to my dad(which they readily claimed when i asked them, which i still kinda don't believe).




E-Waste stands for Electronics Wastes. It means that when discard off your off Pentium 1 desktop or throw away your old Nokia 3310, they might most likely end up at either of this 2 factories.



While on the way there, i thought to myself that this is just some small business.



On the moment we reached there, the owner personally came down to bring us in. He brought us to his office and i can tell you that his personal office on it's own is already much bigger than my father's entire office.




On first glance, i thought he was just an ordinary person who is just abit more well to do then most of us. BUT after awhile, when my father told me that he lives in a bungalow worth more than $5 million and he has 2 ferraris at home, i was stumped!




That certainly woke me up. What have i been doing? This guy, who only have had a Secondary 2 education, only forked out $6000 to start up this business and look where he is now.



After today, i am pushing myself to learn as much as i can from my father and take over from him soon, and also to slowly expand his business as much as i can. I am definitely hyped up now.
